- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Incompatibility with third-party software not listed as supported.
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
2. SaaS Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds for subscriptions are only issued if there is a technical fault on our side that we cannot fix.
3. How to Request a Refund

- We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
